<h3>Signing in to a provider</h3>

<li>Use the provider&#39;s app or site to confirm or reset email, username or password.</li>
<li>Use the primary address on the account to sign in.</li>
<li>Your location matters.</li>
<li>If your provider has pulled NBC, you can&#39;t watch online.</li>

Forgotten Username or Password

This article refers to the NBCUniversal Profile and brands within the NBCUniversal family, including Bravo,
CNBC, Focus Features, MSNBC, NBC Local Owned Stations, NBC News, NBC Olympics, NBC Sports, Oxygen, SYFY,
Telemundo, Today, Universal Kids, Universal All Access, Universo and USA.
If you&#39;re having trouble creating or logging into your NBCUniversal Profile,
try the following to resolve the issue:
<ul>
<li>It says my email has &quot;already been registered&quot; when I try to create a profile.
Your NBCU Profile uses the email address, Apple account, or Google account that you
entered when creating your profile as its unique identifier. This means you need to
log in using the same method you originally used to create your profile. 
For example, if you created a profile using “Continue with Google” or “Continue with Apple”, you must use that option to log in.

<li>I&#39;m unable to log in using Safari.
If you&#39;re having trouble logging in with Safari, it may be due to how the browser handles tracking and authentication cookies.
We use cookies to securely authenticate users, but Safari&#39;s advanced privacy features can block these cookies and interfere
with the login process. 
Option 1: Turn Off Private Browsing Mode 
 On iPhone or iPad: Follow the steps in Apple&#39;s guide: <a href="https://support.apple.com/en-us/105030">How to turn off Private Browsing</a> 
 On Mac (Desktop): See Apple&#39;s instructions under: <a href="https://support.apple.com/guide/safari/browse-privately-ibrw1069/mac">Stop browsing privately</a> 
Option 2: Adjust Safari Settings 
 Mobile / Tablet 
<ul>
<li>Open Settings on your device.</li>
<li>Go to Safari &gt; Advanced &gt; Advanced Fingerprinting and Tracking Protection.</li>
<li>Select OFF. </li>
</ul>
 Desktop 
<ul>
<li>Open Settings while in Safari and uncheck &quot;Use advanced tracking and fingerprinting protection.&quot;</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>I created my profile using Facebook and no longer see it as a login option. 
Profile creation / log in via Facebook is no longer supported, please create a new profile.
</li>
<li>I want to reset my password.
To reset your password, please visit: <a href="https://profile.id.nbcuni.com/forgot-password">https://profile.id.nbcuni.com/forgot-password</a> and follow the instructions. 
If you don&#39;t receive the email with your one-time reset code, it&#39;s possible that:
<ul>
<li>You used a different email address to create your NBCUniversal Profile, or</li>
<li>You don&#39;t have an NBCUniversal Profile yet. </li>
</ul>
Note: If your email uses a less common domain (for example, first.last\@thisisthedomain.com),
try registering with a more widely used email provider like Gmail.
